Biography: Zama Luthuli is the founder and Director of Zama Luthuli Attorneys Inc. Ms Luthuli holds an LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with more than 10 years post admission. She worked in a private firm as a litigation attorney during which period she specialised in motor vehicle litigation, family law, personal injury and road accident claims, liquidation and sequestration, and labour law. Ms Luthuli has extensive experience in human rights and constitutional law. These included, inter alia, investigation of systemic human rights violations, dispute resolutions and strategic impact litigation.
